How We Work
At Beautrix, we believe in a clear, practical, and transparent manufacturing process. Below is the step-by-step workflow of how we handle your samples, regular product orders, and custom molds.
Sample Making Process
The goal of this phase is to ensure the physical sample matches your requirements before mass production.
- 1. Requirement Confirmation:You share your design or reference sample with us, and we confirm the exact materials, dimensions, and craftsmanship required.
- 2. Merchandiser Follow-up: We assign a merchandiser to follow up on your sample. Their role is to relay your requirements to our sample-making masters and track the progress on the factory floor.
- 3. Making the Sample: Our sample-makers produce the sample based on the agreed specifications, keeping in close communication with the merchandiser to avoid deviations.
- 4.Sample Verification: Before the sample is shipped to you, we review it to confirm it meets your request.
Regular Product Orders
Once your order moves to mass production, we follow a practical workflow to maintain quality.
- 1.Production Scheduling & Material Prep: Upon order confirmation, our workshop supervisor takes over, schedules the production run, and verifies that the correct raw materials are ready.
- 2. In-Process Spot Checks: During the manufacturing process, we conduct random spot checks on the production line. Our team promptly addresses any identified issues. If needed, our sales representative will discuss it with you.
- 3.Final Inspection: Before packaging, we inspect the finished products. This step ensures that the bulk order matches your approved sample.
Custom Molds (OEM/ODM)
If clients need to develop custom molds, we will follow the steps below:
- 1.Requirement Gathering: You share your design drawings or initial concepts. Our sales representative organizes your requirements and briefs our production department.
- 2.Feasibility Evaluation: Our production team evaluates the manufacturability of your product. If necessary, we will provide suggestions to optimize the design for the manufacturing process.
- 3.Plan Confirmation & Tooling: We confirm the manufacturing plan with you. Once there are no objections and the tooling fee is paid, we begin making the mold.
- 4.Trial Sampling: After the mold is completed, we produce trial samples and send them to you for confirmation.
